
On Wisconsin’s western border along the Mississippi River sits Trempealeau, Wisconsin. Over the past decade, Trempealeau has seen steady growth in its population and electricity needs. With two and a quarter square miles, the 2020 census recorded 1,843 residents living in the village of Trempealeau—approximately 300 more residents than the previous census in 2010. The boost in population also means a boost in much-needed utility services.
